Universal Audio Volt 2 USB Audio Interface
The Volt 2 is a bus-powered USB-C interface with UA's Vintage mic preamp mode, a switchable circuit that adds the tube-style harmonic weight of the 610 console preamp to whatever you put in front of it. Conversion runs at 24-bit / 192 kHz, and the mic input measures 20 Hz - 20 kHz within a tenth of a dB with 55 dB of gain on tap.
Volt 2 doubles the input count for tracking two sources at once, a singer and a guitar or a stereo pair, with switchable phantom power and independent gain per channel. Two balanced monitor outputs, one headphone output and 5-pin MIDI in and out round out the connections, and the interface draws its power from the host over USB-C.
