Tightrope Cablecast CBL-SXLE-330-HA Hardware Assurance Plan

The CBL-SXLE-330-HA is an annual hardware assurance contract for the Cablecast SXLE-330 video server. It keeps the SXLE's hardware under coverage so a station's entry-level playout and automation server can be repaired or replaced quickly, keeping a government or education access channel on the air.

This is a service contract for existing SXLE-330 hardware, renewed each year, not a standalone product. Cablecast caps total hardware coverage at 5 years from the original purchase or install date - a 3-year factory warranty plus up to 2 years of purchased extension, the same cap that applies across the Cablecast line including legacy SXLE and CG330 hardware. Past that cap, Cablecast still offers hourly RMA service case by case, depending on the issue and parts availability.
