Symetrix ARC-2e Adaptive 3-button Wall-panel
This is the white-faceplate ARC-2e, Symetrix's Adaptive Remote Control wall panel for SymNet and Jupiter DSP systems. An 8-character backlit display scrolls up to 31 characters to label each assignment, and three buttons walk a user through as many as 24 menus of 16 items each. From one plate a staffer can raise and lower levels, mute zones, pick sources, recall presets, or trigger logic events, with programmable brightness so the panel fades into a darkened room.
Wiring stays deliberately simple: one RJ-45 connection carries both power and data back to the DSP over standard structured cable, communicating on an RS-485 bus at 38400 baud. Rotary address switches let you place as many as 99 ARC-2e panels on one system, and the unit drops into a standard single-gang U.S. electrical box. For larger jobs, the ARC-PSe power supply distributes power and control to many panels over long cable runs.
