Sontronics VOICECASTING PACK Podcast Microphone Set

The VOICECASTING PACK is a complete desk setup in one box: a Podcast Pro dynamic microphone, the ELEVATE broadcast-style boom arm with its desk clamp, an XLR to USB-C cable with USB-A and smartphone adaptors, and a conventional XLR to XLR cable. The two cables are the point. Plug into the USB-C lead and you are recording on a laptop or a phone with no interface; swap to the XLR lead when the same mic goes onto a mixer.

The microphone is supercardioid and dynamic, 50 Hz to 15 kHz, 140 dB maximum SPL, no phantom power needed. The ELEVATE arm is powder-coated aluminium with a 393 mm upper arm, a 432 mm lower arm and a 124 mm table base, so it reaches across a desk and folds back out of the shot. Packaged weight is 2.85 kg.
