Sennheiser MMK 965-1 NI Condenser Microphone Capsule
The MMK 965-1 is Sennheiser's flagship handheld capsule, a large-diaphragm true condenser head based on the e965 that screws onto a Sennheiser handheld transmitter. Its externally polarized dual-diaphragm element delivers the detail, presence, and natural top end a studio condenser gives, and the pattern switches between cardioid and super-cardioid so the same capsule can be tuned for a wide, open sound or tighter feedback control on stage.
A switchable -10 dB pre-attenuation lets it ride powerful voices and high-SPL sources without overload, and a low-cut switch tames rumble, wind, and proximity buildup. It threads onto handheld transmitters from the evolution wireless G3 and G4, D1, and 2000 series. This is the nickel (NI) finish.
