Rode NTH-50 Professional On-Ear Headphones

The NTH-50 is the on-ear version of RODE's monitoring headphone, at 220 grams roughly two thirds the weight of the over-ear NTH-100. A custom-matched 40mm driver sits in a resonant chamber that keeps low frequencies present without smearing the midrange, and the closed supra-aural design attenuates 21dBA of room noise.

It is specified 5Hz to 35kHz at 32 ohms, with 117dB SPL sensitivity at 1V RMS and a 124dB maximum SPL. Distortion is held below 0.03% at 500Hz at 1mW. The cable is a 1.7m coiled lead on the same dual-TRRS attachment as the rest of the NTH line, so it fits either earcup.
