RDL HD-MA35A Constant-Voltage Version of the HD-MA35 Three-Input Mixer Amplifier
The RDL HD-MA35A is the constant-voltage version of the HD-MA35 three-input mixer amplifier, built to drive 70 volt and 100 volt distributed speaker lines common in commercial paging and background music systems. Input 1 accepts a balanced microphone or line source with switchable 24 Vdc phantom power, and inputs 2 and 3 take unbalanced mono or stereo line sources on RCA jacks. Each channel has a front-panel level control with shared bass and treble tone shaping, and a high-efficiency Class D stage delivers 35 watts to a selectable 25 V, 70 V or 100 V speaker bus.
A second 2 watt Zone 2 output handles a local monitor, and manual or automatic (VOX) priority ducking lets a page duck the music program. The master level is VCA controlled for remote wall adjustment, balanced connections use detachable terminal blocks, and unbalanced connections use RCA jacks. The unit ships with a 100 to 240 VAC power supply that feeds 24 Vdc to the chassis.
