Poly Sync 40 USB/Bluetooth Smart Speakerphone for Microsoft Teams Standard

This is the Microsoft Teams version of the Poly Sync 40 smart speakerphone, certified for the Teams focus room and carrying a dedicated Teams button on the touch panel so a meeting is one press away. Underneath it is the same huddle-room speakerphone: a three-microphone steerable array that follows the talker around a table up to about 5 m x 5 m, an 8-foot pickup radius, and noise and echo reduction that keep the far end listening to voices instead of the room. Full duplex audio lets people overlap without either side dropping out, and a 50 mm driver in a bass reflex enclosure with dual passive radiators gives speech real body.

Connection is the integrated combined USB-A and USB-C cable to a PC or Mac, plus Bluetooth 5.1 for a phone. The 5000 mAh lithium-ion battery is good for up to 30 hours of talk time, so the speakerphone can sit anywhere in the room, and the side USB-A port will charge a phone. Two units can be paired wirelessly for longer tables. Twin status light bars read from any seat and the IP64 enclosure tolerates dust and the occasional spill.
