Padcaster Stick Microphone Kit

The Padcaster Stick Microphone is a handheld dynamic for interviews and stand-ups, with solid low end and a clear top and a cardioid pattern that rejects the room behind it. That rejection is the point in a live setting, where an omni mic near a speaker turns into feedback.

A rugged twelve-foot female XLR to 3.5mm cable runs from the mic to the included Dual Microphone/Headphone Splitter, so the tablet takes the mic and feeds headphones at the same time, and a velcro strap secures the cable to the Padcaster frame. The kit also includes the Padcaster Superclamp so the mic can be parked on the side of the rig between takes.
