OM System CHS-09 Floating Hand Strap for Tough Cameras
A TG-7 is waterproof to 15m, but that does not help if it goes over the side in 20m of water. The CHS-09 is a buoyant hand strap: drop the camera and it stays on the surface long enough to be recovered rather than sinking out of reach.
The bright red colour is part of the design, not decoration, because a black camera on grey water is very hard to see. It adjusts to fit a wrist or an upper arm over a wetsuit, and has a carabiner loop for clipping to a lifejacket or scuba harness.
