Marshall Electronics CV508 Micro POV Camera
The CV508 is a micro POV camera chiseled from a single block of aluminum, built around a next-generation Sony 1/2.8-inch 2.2-megapixel sensor. It shoots Full-HD up to 1080p60 with rich 10-bit 4:2:2 BT.709 color and stays usable in very low light, down to 0.01 lux, with a night mode at 0.005 lux that reaches into IR wavelengths. The tiny body (about 40 x 44 x 55mm, 0.3 lb) tucks into set pieces and tight rigs.
HDMI and 3G-SDI run simultaneously with remote adjust and multi-camera matching, and the interchangeable M12 lens mount ships with a 4.0mm lens (78.8 degree horizontal angle of view) that swaps out for Marshall's prime and varifocal M12 range. A locking Hirose cable carries menu joystick, RS485, audio, and power, and control is available through the CV-RCP-V2, Marshall's camera control software, or third-party systems. It draws 12V at 2.76W.
