Marshall Electronics CS-3610-8MP CS-Mount Varifocal Lens

The CS-3610-8MP is a 3.6 to 10mm varifocal lens built for Marshall's CS-mount box cameras. Its bright f/1.5 aperture pulls in light for dim rooms, and the 2.8x zoom range covers roughly an 86 degree horizontal angle of view at the wide end down to a tighter framing as you zoom in. The 1/1.8 inch image circle resolves cleanly on 8MP sensors, so it holds detail on both HD and UHD cameras.

Zoom and focus are set by hand and lock in place so the framing does not drift once the lens is mounted, and it supports a DC auto-iris connection for automatic exposure. It threads onto Marshall CS-mount cameras such as the CV344 and CV380 and is sold on its own, since those camera bodies ship without a lens.
