Kramer VP-429H2 4K60 4:4:4 HDMI, DisplayPort & VGA Scaler/Switcher Tool

The VP-429H2 takes two HDMI inputs, one DisplayPort input and one VGA input and scales whichever is active out to a single HDMI output at any standard resolution up to 4K@60Hz (4:4:4), with HDCP 2.2 support on the output. Constant output sync keeps the display alive through a source change or a dropped signal, so a room never flashes to blue between presenters, and Deep Color, x.v.Color and 3D pass through as specified in HDMI 2.0.

Step-In functionality lets the VP-429H2 work behind a compatible step-in device, so a laptop that steps in over one HDMI cable can trigger the scaler to switch automatically - useful wired into a huddle-room collaboration switcher rather than run as a standalone box. Control covers Ethernet and two independent RS-232 ports, one for controlling the unit itself and one for driving an external display or projector, plus contact-closure switches on a 5-pin terminal block for input selection, Step-In activation and volume. The compact MegaTOOLS enclosure is built for surface mounting under a table or behind a display rather than a rack.
