Juice Goose RT REL Dry Contact Relay Trigger
The RT REL is a small part that solves a recurring integration problem: something in the system needs to know whether a circuit is live, and the only signal available is the AC itself. It is a dry contact relay trigger with common, normally closed and normally open terminals brought out for the control wiring.
Unpowered, the internal contact sits between C and NC. Apply 120 VAC and the connection between C and NC opens while C and NO closes. That gives a sequencer, a control processor or a monitoring input a clean, isolated indication of AC presence, or lets an AC circuit trigger the next stage of a power-up chain.
