One 15-inch Hiwatt Octapulse 400-15 in a birch ply box wired at 8 ohms. The HB115HN is the single-driver bass cabinet in the range, the one that gives a 15 its whole enclosure instead of asking it to share.

A 1/4-inch mono input and a 1/4-inch mono link output let a second cabinet run off the same amp. Hiwatt builds these to the construction methods and dimensions it has used for decades, which is what lets the box take the pressure levels a 400-watt driver produces without turning it into rattle.
