Hear Technologies Extreme Extender ADAT

The Extreme Extender was built to solve ADAT optical's short native run length. It extends an ADAT optical connection up to 500 feet using standard CAT5e cable in place of optical cable, with no effect on sound quality, in a small, durable enclosure with status LEDs to confirm the link is up.

The Out unit connects to the HearBus output of a Hub to obtain two ADAT outputs at the far end of a long run; the In unit is its companion piece at the source end. Between the pair, a Hear Back PRO or OCTO system's ADAT card can reach a rack or stage box far beyond ADAT's normal optical cable distance.
