Genustech DSLRMount 250 Baseplate with Carbon Fiber Rods

The DSLRMount 250 gives a shoulder rig or cage a real 15mm rod platform: the quick-release plate clamps to any camera with a 1/4-20 or 3/8-16 thread, and the pair of 250mm carbon fiber rods it ships with give a matte box, follow focus, or lens support somewhere to ride. The plate itself carries a 15mm rod clamp, so the whole assembly slides and locks along the rods to match the lens instead of forcing the lens to match a fixed mounting point.

Because it uses the same 15mm standard as the rest of the Genus support line, the DSLRMount 250 accepts other Genustech accessories built for that rod diameter without an adapter. It is sized for DSLR and mirrorless bodies rather than cinema cameras, and is a straightforward way to get a small camera onto a rod-based support system.
