Electro-Voice EVID-S5.2X Weatherproof Surface-Mount Loudspeaker

The EVID-S5.2X is the weatherproof member of the EVID surface-mount family: a two-way 5.25 inch cabinet rated IP65 with a marine-grade aluminium grille, for pool decks, boardwalks, patios and anywhere else a normal install speaker would not last a winter. The long-throw woofer sits in UL 94-5VB fire-rated ABS and reaches down to 55 Hz.

Wiring is on removable locking 4-pin Euroblock connectors with a pass-through, so a run of cabinets daisy-chains without a junction box. The built-in 60 W transformer takes 70 V or 100 V lines with an 8 ohm bypass. A U-bracket is in the box, giving 80 degrees of vertical adjustment for wall or soffit mounting. Order black or white.
