dbx CT-3 Advanced Cable Tester

The CT-3 checks a wide variety of audio cable types for continuity and wiring faults before a bad cable makes it into a rack or a snake run, catching opens, shorts, and miswires that cause hum or dropouts on show day. Two independent 9-volt battery-powered sides let it test both ends of a cable run without an external power supply.

The unit is compact enough to live in a tool bag, at 3.5 x 5.5 x 1.5 inches, and runs on batteries not included in the box.
