dbx DI4 4-Channel Direct Box

The DI4 puts four independent direct boxes in a single chassis, so a keyboard rig, a multi-output laptop interface, or a small backline can all run to the snake from one unit instead of four separate DIs. Each channel accepts a 1/4 inch unbalanced source at up to 320 kOhm of input impedance and delivers a balanced XLR output at up to +16 dBu.

A stereo line mixer output on RCA connectors sums the four channels for a monitor feed, and a front panel 1/4 inch headphone jack lets an engineer check signal before it hits the snake. THD+noise measures a very low 0.0008 percent typical at +4 dBu, and the unit draws 775 mW from a universal 100-120/200-240 VAC supply.
