Crestron TSS-470E-B-T 3.5 in. Desk Scheduling Touch Screen

The TSS-470E is the small end of Crestron scheduling: a 3.5 in. transflective display on a 100 mm square body, sized for a hot desk or a hoteling space rather than a boardroom door. It runs in desk mode or room mode, integrates with Microsoft 365 and various third-party scheduling applications, and is set up over HTTPS in a browser and managed in XiO Cloud.

An LED light bar runs green, amber, or red for availability, with custom colours if the default scheme does not suit, so a floor of desks reads at a glance. Power is PoE at IEEE 802.3at Type 1 Class 2, about 3 W typical, or a PW-2407WU 24 volt pack where PoE is not available. Ethernet is 100/1000 Mbps and dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi is on board. Wall, surface, retrofit bracket, tabletop, and multisurface mounts are all available separately.
