Crestron FT2-500 FlipTop Cable Management System, 500 Size

The FT2-500 is the square FlipTop, dropping into a 5-3/4 in. by 5-3/4 in. cutout and arranging eight module slots as two rows of four. It suits a boardroom table position or a lectern top where connections need to sit in a compact block rather than a long strip. The pass-through lid retracts fully into the enclosure, and its cutouts let cables stay extended with the lid closed.

The chassis is black metal; the retracting cover is black or alloy with a magnetically attached bezel, so the finished surface shows no screws or gaps. Mounting is four screws turning four swiveling dogs against a surface up to 1-3/4 in. thick, template provided. ELEC models add the powered module bus that backlights the module icons and feeds one-touch retractors, active connector plates and USB rapid charging; a single FT2A-UTK-PWS supply and Y-adapter power both module rows, with a second supply available when two USB chargers are fitted. MECH models omit the bus and take passive modules.
