Crestron FT2A-CBLR-GR Gravity Cable Retractors for FT2 FlipTops
The gravity retractor gets a cable to put itself away without a motor or a power bus. Pull it out to any length up to 34 inches and it stays where it is as long as it rests on the tabletop; lift it vertically and a counterweighted track and pulley below the table walks it gently back into the FlipTop. That makes it the retractor to specify on a mechanical FlipTop, or anywhere the budget does not run to the one-touch version.
Each retractor is a pass-through module occupying two slots in the top of the FlipTop and a vertical enclosure that slides onto the side of the chassis beneath the table and locks with a snap. A four-foot cable tail below the table lands on a DM transmitter or similar interface. The module carries the international symbol icon for its connection type, backlit in an FT2 ELEC FlipTop and legible but unlit in an FT2 MECH. Retractors normally sit at the ends of a module row; an FT2A-CBLR-BRKT bracket allows one mid-row.
