Clear-Com 306G151 CC-110/220 Foam Ear Pad (Single)

The 306G151 is the foam ear pad for Clear-Com's CC-110 and CC-220 lightweight headsets, the open-cell alternative to the 306G144 leatherette. Foam breathes, which is the reason crews reach for it in hot venues and on long calls where a sealed leatherette pad gets clammy.

It fits the same ear cup as the leatherette pad and swaps the same way, and Clear-Com supplies it as a single pad rather than a multi-pack, so a double-ear CC-220 takes two. Stock both surfaces and let each operator pick.
