Clear-Com 507000Z CC-40/60 Replacement Ear Cushion

The 507000Z is the leatherette ear pad for Clear-Com's CC-40 single-ear and CC-60 double-ear intercom headsets. It is the soft leather-like cushion that seats against the ear, and on a headset that gets handed between operators every call it is the part that flattens, glazes and finally splits.

The CC-40 and CC-60 headsets have themselves been retired by Clear-Com, but the pad is still catalogued as a current consumable, so the many CC-40 and CC-60 units still in service can be kept comfortable. It is supplied as a single pad, so a CC-60 takes two.
