Clear-Com 306G144 CC-110/220 Leatherette Ear Pad

The 306G144 is the leatherette ear pad for Clear-Com's CC-110 single-ear and CC-220 double-ear lightweight headsets, both of which run a cardioid dynamic boom mic. The soft leather-like surface is what actually touches the ear, so it takes the sweat, the makeup and the daily hand-off between operators, and it flattens well ahead of the rest of the headset.

Clear-Com sells it as a single pad, which means a CC-220 needs two. Keep a few in the house kit and a worn headset is comfortable again in under a minute with no tools. Crews who prefer a breathable surface can fit the 306G151 foam pad on the same headsets instead.
