Chauvet DJ DMX-AN2
The DMX-AN2 is the small box that gets a lighting network out to the fixtures: one Cat5 run in, two isolated DMX universes out on 3-pin XLR. Both outputs speak Art-Net 3 or sACN and each is set independently, and the node works in reverse as well, taking a DMX line and putting it on the network as Art-Net.
The connectors are Neutrik etherCON in and through, which is the difference between a locked data run and one that a foot finds at the worst moment. Optical and electrical isolation protect the console from whatever the fixture end is doing. Setup happens in a built-in web GUI with no universe or subnet configuration to work out, and if the IP address changes the node redirects the browser to the new one. It runs on PoE or the included 9 VDC supply and comes with a mounting bracket.
