BZBGear BG-HAVS HDMI Streaming Encoder

The HAVS is a compact single-channel encoder for getting an HDMI source onto the network and out to a platform. It takes HDMI in, passes it straight through on a loop-out so a local monitor is not lost, and publishes over HTTP, RTSP, RTMP, RTP, UDP, unicast, multicast or SRT.

Encoding is H.265 or H.264 at 5 to 60 fps with bitrates from 16 Kbps to 12 Mbps, and audio can be AAC, MP3, MP2 or G.711 from the HDMI embed or the 3.5 mm line input. Everything is set from a web page, and the unit draws 5 watts.
