Blackmagic UltraStudio Monitor 3G

UltraStudio Monitor 3G is a compact Thunderbolt 3 playback device that adds true SDI and HDMI video output to a laptop or desktop. It is built for monitoring an edit, color grade, or playout on a broadcast display rather than a computer screen, so what you see on the reference monitor matches what will air. The small metal enclosure travels easily and installs with a single Thunderbolt cable.

Playback is output only, with one 10-bit SD/HD switchable SDI output and one HDMI 2.0 output at SDI rates of 270Mb, 1.5G, and 3G. It connects to Mac OS, Windows, and Linux hosts over Thunderbolt 3 and ships with a power supply. Blackmagic part number BMD-BDLKULSDMBREC3G.
