Blackmagic MultiView 4 HD

The Blackmagic MultiView 4 HD shows four independent 3G-SDI sources as one HD multi view. Every input is fully re-synchronised, so four unrelated cameras or playback machines sit together on one monitor without tearing or timing artifacts, which is what makes it usable as a genuine confidence monitor rather than a novelty.

Each of the four inputs accepts SD or HD, and per window overlays cover audio meters, custom labels and borders. The multi view is output on SDI and on HDMI, so a rack monitor and a desk monitor can be fed at the same time. It runs from a compact chassis that fits a half rack shelf.
