Black Box AVX-DVI-TP-100M XR DVI-D Extender with Audio, RS232 and HDCP

One CAT5e, CAT6 or CAT7 cable carries DVI-D video, two-channel stereo audio and RS232 control up to 330 feet (100 m) - far beyond what DVI cable manages on its own. Resolutions run to 1080p HDTV or 1920 x 1200 VESA, EDID is supported, and the link is HDCP compliant and Blu-ray ready. Auto equalisation compensates for cable length so the picture holds at range.

Because audio rides the same CATx run, there is no separate speaker cable to pull to the screen. RS232 is bidirectional - TXD and RXD - so serial commands from a PC can drive the remote display or projector over the same link. The receiver is wall-mountable, and there is no software or driver to install. Complies with the DVI 1.0 standard.
