Autocue P7010-0905 Navigator Conference Package

The Navigator Conference Package is a presentation prompting rig that travels as one case. It holds two 17-inch, 400-nit monitors, two telescopic beamsplitter poles with adjustable mounts, three panes of Autocue 70:30 glass, an HDMI splitter, every cable needed, a ShuttleXpress hand control and a one-year Explorer Software licence. Setting up is resting the monitors on the stand bases and running an HDMI cable to each through the splitter.

The stands adjust from 98.5 cm to 218.7 cm so the glass can be set at the right height for the speaker at any lectern, and the 70:30 beamsplitter keeps the script visible to them and invisible to the room. Monitor connectivity is HDMI, VGA and CVBS at 1280 x 1024, and each prompter weighs 7.1 kg. This is the standard-brightness build, right for indoor venues; the Navigator Plus adds 1500-nit SDI monitors for larger rooms and daylight.
