Autocue P7017-0011 Pioneer Prompting Software

Pioneer is Autocue's complete prompting application, aimed at work that runs from live events up to local news. The interface uses the icons and layouts operators already know, so importing, writing and saving scripts is straightforward, and multiple scripts stay open in tabs for switching between them mid-show. Font and colour changes are immediate.

Where it separates from Explorer is the output and control side. There are three ways to reach a prompter - HDMI, NDI, and an IP route that covers iPads and Autocue's IP converters - and each connection carries its own settings including an image invert for through-the-lens monitors that have no flip of their own. Outputs are not capped, and neither are controllers: any number of hand and foot controls can be connected and operators can switch between them. Sold as a one-year licence or as a lifetime licence.
