The AT8492D bundles the AT8491D spring-loaded tension-rod clip with a 5-inch gooseneck, giving a complete mounting solution for Audio-Technica's ATM350a on a drum. The gooseneck lets you dial in capsule position and angle after the clip is locked to the rod, rather than fighting a fixed mounting point.
