Vaddio WideSHOT SE QUSB Camera System
The WideSHOT SE is a fixed camera made for small conference rooms and huddle spaces, where the goal is to capture everyone at the table rather than pan and zoom around them. A 1/2-type CMOS sensor sits behind a wide fixed lens that takes in a 111-degree horizontal field of view in 16:9, so a whole huddle group fits in frame from a short throw. A 3x digital zoom and manual pan/tilt positioning let an installer tighten the shot during setup, and the camera supplies video at resolutions up to 1080p/60 even in a dimly lit room.
The camera connects over the Vaddio EZCamera Cat-5 wiring standard for video, power, and control, and this system pairs it with the Quick-Connect USB (QUSB) interface so the room presents to a PC or Mac as a standard USB camera for soft-codec conferencing. The box includes the WideSHOT SE camera, a black Thin Profile Wall Mount with mounting hardware, the Vaddio IR Shot Commander remote, the QUSB interface, a 24V power supply with cord set, a 6-foot USB 2.0 type A to B cable, rubber feet for the QUSB unit, and an EZCamera RS-232 control adapter.
