Tightrope Cablecast CBL-CG330-SVR-HA Hardware Assurance Plan

This is the annual hardware assurance contract for the Cablecast CBL-CG330-SVR character-generator server. It extends the manufacturer coverage that keeps the appliance repaired or replaced under warranty, so a station that depends on the CG330 for its on-air bulletin board and channel branding keeps a clear path to service if hardware fails.

Under Cablecast's hardware assurance program, the first three years of coverage are included with the purchase of the server. Coverage can be extended up to a total of five years, with years four and five sold as this annual contract. Those additional years must be purchased before the existing warranty expires, and they carry a 25 percent discount when bought together with the initial system rather than added later.
