Telestream Switch 5 Pro Media Player and QC Tool
Switch Pro is the top tier of Telestream's multiformat media player and QC tool, carrying every Plus feature - caption QC, ProRes RAW playback, professional audio meters, team markers and comments - and adding the checks a broadcast delivery desk actually needs to sign off a file. Pro previews out to an external monitor over connected AJA or Blackmagic hardware, adds a loudness monitoring panel alongside the audio meters, and reads advanced metadata sets like AS-11 and AS-03 for DPP and AMWA compliance work.
It can also compare up to 16 alternate media files side by side, show a file's GOP structure on a timeline for compression QC, play IMF and DCP packages directly, and package titles for iTunes Store delivery. One license runs on either Mac or Windows depending on the SKU purchased, and Pro includes a year of Telestream's Premium Support.
