Wirecast Pro turns a laptop or workstation into a full live production system: switch cameras and screen sources, key graphics and titles over them, record the show, and push it to a CDN or a private streaming server. Pro is the upper of the two Wirecast tiers, and the practical dividing line is remote guests. Its built-in Rendezvous conferencing brings in up to seven callers on a browser link at once, where Wirecast Studio tops out at two.

One license covers both Windows and macOS, so the same purchase moves between a Mac edit bay and a Windows production PC. Two commercial terms are offered here. The perpetual license is bought once and does not expire; the annual subscription is billed yearly and lapses if it is not renewed. Telestream sets minimums of Windows 10 1809 or Windows 11 21H2, or macOS Sequoia 15, on an Intel 6th-generation, AMD Ryzen 1000 series, or Apple M1 processor with 8 GB of RAM, and recommends 16 GB and a dedicated GPU for heavier shows.
