Symetrix 2 Line VoIP Interface Card
The 2 Line VoIP Interface Card connects a Radius NX or Edge DSP to a SIP call platform, natively integrating with Cisco, AVAYA and Asterisk. It carries two lines and supports both narrowband and wideband audio codecs, so a conference room gets high-definition voice rather than a telephone-bandwidth compromise.
Call handling is complete enough to run a room without a separate phone: dial, hold, resume, transfer, do not disturb and conference are all supported. Configuration software is reachable from both the AV LAN and the VoIP LAN, which matters in practice because the AV integrator and the IT or telephony administrator rarely share a subnet or a schedule. Crestron-certified control modules, including a VoIP Dialer module, are published in the Crestron Application Market for sites standardising on that control layer. The card is field swappable by a qualified technician.
