Sony BRC-X1000W 4K PTZ Camera
The BRC-X1000W is a 4K pan-tilt-zoom camera built around a large 1.0-type Exmor R CMOS sensor, so it delivers clean, broadcast-grade color where smaller-chip PTZ cameras fall apart. It shoots 4K up to 2160/29.97p through a Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T lens with 12x optical zoom, and Clear Image Zoom stretches the reach to 18x in 4K and 24x in HD without visibly softening the picture. Minimum illumination of 1.7 lux keeps images usable in dim halls and theaters.
Four 3G-SDI outputs plus HDMI feed a switcher and monitoring at the same time, while VISCA/RS-422 in and out lets one controller drive a row of cameras. Front and rear tally lights tell talent and crew which camera is live. This is the white model, which blends into light rooms and ceilings; a black BRC-X1000 is also available. It ships with the AC power adapter, IR Remote Commander, two ceiling brackets, wire rope, mounting screws, and an HDMI cable fixing plate.
