Shure MX415 S
The MX415/S is a 15 inch modular Microflex gooseneck microphone for lecterns and installed sound where a taller reach and tight pattern matter. Its supercardioid cartridge narrows the pickup on the talker in front and rejects sound from the sides and rear, which controls feedback and room noise on a live stage or in a reverberant hall. The electret condenser element delivers clean, natural speech, and an internal shock mount isolates the capsule from thumps and desk vibration.
The microphone mounts through a surface-mount preamplifier, included, that carries the balanced output and status electronics; the transformerless design resists hum and RF interference. A bi-color LED or light-ring status display shows mute and talk state at a glance, and the RK513WS snap-fit foam windscreen ships in the box to control breath and plosive noise.
