Sennheiser e908T-ew Clip-On Instrument Microphone
The e 908 T-ew is the high-SPL member of Sennheiser's e 908 clip-on condenser family, wired for evolution wireless bodypacks. Its capsule runs a reduced sensitivity so it can sit right in front of a loud brass bell without overloading, which is where a more sensitive clip-on would distort. A flexible gooseneck and quick-release clamp aim it at the source and hold position, so a trumpet or trombone player keeps a consistent sound while moving.
As a cardioid condenser it stays detailed and focused on the instrument, and a free-floating suspension in the mount keeps valve and mechanical noise out of the signal. This -ew version ends in the locking jack for evolution wireless SK bodypack transmitters, which power the capsule. It ships with the microphone clamp, a pouch, and a user manual.
