RDL HD-PA35 Compact Single-Zone Power Amplifier
The RDL HD-PA35 is a compact single-zone power amplifier that turns a line-level program feed into 35 watts of loudspeaker drive. An unbalanced stereo summing input on RCA jacks sums a source down to mono, and a high-efficiency Class D output stage drives 35 watts into 4 ohms or 32 watts into 8 ohms, with the output impedance set by a rear-panel switch. It is the straightforward choice where a mixer's routing is not needed and a clean, efficient amplifier is.
An onboard analog compressor and limiter keep peaks under control for audio fidelity noticeably cleaner than conventional Class D designs that rely on digital limiting. The amplifier runs from the included 100 to 240 VAC power supply, which feeds 24 Vdc to the chassis, and fits a half-rack chassis for tidy rack or shelf mounting.
