QSC CP8 Compact Powered Loudspeaker
The CP8 pairs an 8 inch woofer with a 1.4 inch compression driver behind a 90-degree axisymmetric horn, run by a Class D amplifier good for 800 W peak on the low end and 200 W on the high. It covers 56 Hz to 20 kHz (-6 dB) and hits 124 dB max SPL, which is enough for a coffeehouse set, a conference room, or a monitor wedge without the bulk of a full-size PA cabinet.
A built-in mixer with onboard DSP and selectable voicing presets lets it work as a main speaker, a floor monitor, or an instrument amp without an outboard processor. Combo XLR/TRS inputs plus a 3.5 mm jack cover mics, line sources, and a phone or laptop for background music, and the polypropylene enclosure with an integral pole mount and rigging points keeps setup down to a stand and a cable.
