Pliant Technologies PMC-900XR

The PMC-900XR is the extended-range beltpack in Pliant's MicroCom 900 MHz wireless intercom line, a rugged two-channel pack for crews that outgrow the standard single-channel unit. The 900 MHz band trades the global availability of 2.4 GHz for longer reach and better penetration through walls and structure. Two channels support up to ten full-duplex talkers plus unlimited listen-only users, with pack-to-pack communication so a larger production, event, or broadcast team can split conversations across channels. Encrypted frequency-hopping keeps the link private and stable.

Built for the field, the pack carries an IP67 dust- and water-tight rating and a field-replaceable lithium-ion battery, so a spare swaps in without downtime and a run lasts up to 12 hours. It charges by cable or on an available drop-in charger. It ships with a holster, a charge cable, and a Li-Ion battery.
