Panasonic AV-UHS5M1G SDI Input Module
The AV-UHS5M1G adds four more SDI inputs to an AV-UHS500 switcher, each running through its own frame synchronizer so mismatched or unsynced sources lock to the show without an external sync box. Up-conversion and color correction are built into every input channel, letting a mixed-format shoot feed the switcher legacy HD sources alongside native 4K without a separate conversion rack.
It accepts 12G, 3G, and HD-SDI on the same four BNC connectors, auto-sensing the format per input, and draws its power directly from the UHS500 chassis rather than needing a separate supply. At 371 g and a housing sized to slot into the switcher\'s expansion bay, it is built to scale a UHS500 system input by input as a production\'s camera count grows.
