Nord Pedal Keys 25

The Nord Pedal Keys 25 is the successor to the Pedal Keys 27: a MIDI bass pedalboard with 25 wooden keys spanning C2 to C4, built into an aluminum chassis that keeps the whole unit at 15.5 kg. The keys are shaped for heel-toe playing, and the board transmits on MIDI channel 3 at a fixed velocity of 64 so it drops straight into the bass section of a Nord organ. Connected to the Nord Organ 3 it is phantom powered over the MIDI cable, which removes the power supply from the floor; with any other MIDI instrument it runs from the included 9 V adapter.

A Nord EP30 expression pedal comes in the box and mounts on a dedicated bracket on the top panel, giving the organist a swell pedal in the right spot without extra hardware. Its friction is set with a hex screw inside the pedal. The bracket makes the swell pedal quick to remove for transport. Ships with an assembly manual, MIDI cable and the 9 V DC power adapter, and it fits beneath the Nord Organ Stand.
