MuxLab 500037 Quad Video Balun, BNC

The 500037 takes four coax-fed composite video signals off BNC connectors and puts all four on a single Cat5 or Cat6 twisted-pair cable, reaching up to 2,200 feet at composite rates or 1,000 feet if the same cable is asked to carry component video instead.

It is a point-to-point passive balun, so a matching unit is needed at the far end. Trading four coax runs for one structured-cabling pull is the reason to use it on a security or CCTV back-end where conduit space is tight.
