Martin P3 PowerPort 1000 IP Power and Data Distributor, Installation Model

The installation model of the P3 PowerPort 1000 IP does the same job as the rental version, distributing mains and the gigabit P3 signal to four runs of Martin LED video fixtures, but it terminates on cable glands and internal screw terminals instead of connectors. Mains enters through an M20 gland, the P3 link through two M16 glands onto internal RJ45s, and the four combined power-and-data outputs leave through four more M16 glands. One data gland can carry fiber if a copper-to-fiber unit is fitted, which is how long runs get made on a building.

The enclosure is alu grey aluminium rated IP66 and NEMA Type 3, with C5-M marine corrosion resistance and custom colors available on a project basis, and it bolts flat to a surface in any orientation except glands up or lid down. Input range is 120 to 277 V to suit commercial three-phase supplies, capacity is 1000 W across the four outputs at full intensity, and idle draw is 22 W. Status LEDs and the local test pushbutton can be disabled remotely once commissioning is finished. Dimensions are 426 by 483 by 146 mm at 8 kg.
