Martin Audio DX4.0 4-In, 8-Out Network System Controller
The DX4.0 is Martin Audio's four-input, eight-output loudspeaker management system, the processing brain that sits between a mixer and the amplifiers in a passive Martin Audio rig. It runs 96kHz DSP for a nominally flat response beyond 40kHz, and carries the factory presets that get the best out of the CDD, Blackline X and V.Series cabinets it drives.
Each input offers a high-pass filter, three shelving filters and six parametric filters, with crossover filtering on the outputs and peak, RMS, excursion and multiband limiting to protect the loudspeakers. Connections cover analogue XLR, AES3 digital and Dante networked audio, with dual RJ45 for Dante primary/secondary and Ethernet control from Martin Audio's VU-NET software. It occupies a single rack unit.
